Job Role:

  • Identify and acquire new customers to drive the sale of CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular field visits, lead generation activities, and cold calling to meet monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
  • Understand customer banking needs and provide suitable account solutions that align with their financial requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely onboarding of clients in compliance with KYC norms and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service delivery and resolve queries or issues efficiently.
  • Continuously track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

Skills Required:

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or direct sales.
  • Prior experience in CASA sales or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector preferred
