Business Development Executive
Job Role:
Identify and acquire new customers to drive the sale of CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular field visits, lead generation activities, and cold calling to meet monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
Understand customer banking needs and provide suitable account solutions that align with their financial requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and timely onboarding of clients in compliance with KYC norms and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service delivery and resolve queries or issues efficiently.
Continuously track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to client acquisition.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Basic understanding of banking products and customer onboarding procedures.
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or direct sales.
Prior experience in CASA sales or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector preferred
