Job Role:

  • Identify and acquire new customers to drive credit card sales through direct sales, field visits, and lead generation activities.

  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable credit card products that match their spending patterns and lifestyle.

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to individuals and corporate clients to promote various credit card offerings.

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively prospecting, cold calling, and converting leads into successful sales.

  • Ensure accurate documentation, verification, and timely onboarding of customers in compliance with KYC and regulatory norms.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Stay updated on new credit card features, offers, and industry trends to deliver accurate product information to clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.

Skills Required:

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or direct sales.
  • Prior experience in CASA sales or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector preferred
