Job Role:

  • Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.

  • Drive the acquisition of new customers and deepen relationships with existing clients through cross-selling of banking products such as CASA, loans, insurance, and investment services.

  • Achieve branch sales and revenue targets by developing and implementing effective business strategies.

  • Supervise and support branch staff, ensuring proper training, motivation, and adherence to service standards and operational guidelines.

  • Handle high-value customers and corporate clients, providing tailored financial solutions that meet their banking needs.

  • Monitor branch performance, track KPIs, and generate regular reports for senior management.

  • Ensure accurate documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to all banking regulations and internal policies.

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Build strong community relationships to enhance the bank’s visibility and customer base in the local market.

Skills Required:

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or direct sales.
  • Prior experience in CASA sales or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector preferred
