Job Role:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and drive business growth.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and client engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance team skills and productivity.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and initiatives.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development.

  • Prior experience in managing a sales team and working in the BFSI or related sector preferred.
